Little Pines, a spacious self-contained ground floor apartment, is an annexe of Pinewood House. It is pleasantly situated on Kinnoull Hill, Perth with wonderful views over the countryside. Little Pines is tastefully furbished with quality furnishing and a harmonious merging of both modern and antique furniture, providing a high level of comfort and decor. It is an ideal place for you to relax and unwind.

Accommodation:

The master bedroom has a large continental size bed (5 ft 4ins wide), a chest of drawers, TV, a large fitted wardrobe, and ensuite with enclosed shower cubicle, wc and vanity basin. This is a lovely sunny room with French windows that open onto a small patio area in the garden - perfect on sunny days.

The second bedroom can sleep up to 3 people and is an ideal family room due to its flexability for sleeping arrangements. It can accommodate a single bed, twin beds or a super king-size bed (6 ft wide). A third bed or cot is available for this room on request, and would be set up as needed. (Please note that a third bed limits the space.) This room also has a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers, its large window has views over the pretty garden as well as the countryside.

The spacious lounge is comfortably furnished with dining table and chairs and two settees. It is equipped with TV, DVD player, radio and CD player. The large window looks onto a rockery and has views over Perthshire. The bookcase contains a selection of books, games and DVD’s.

The kitchen has ample cupboard space and is well equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer machine. There is also a breakfast bar with chrome high backed stools.

The family bathroom has a large corner bath with an overhead electric shower, wash-basin, wc and shaver point.

Please note: There are three steps that take you up from the entrance hall into the kitchen/breakfast area and master bedroom and then three steps down to the bedroom, bathroom and lounge.

Outside:

Pinewood House has a large private garden that guests are welcome to use. Please note that within the garden there is a fish pond that is stocked with a variety of fish. There is also ample space for parking.
